Project Engineer salary range is $65k+ with potential for bonuses – 0 - 5 years of experience.

 

Essential Duties

Responsibilities of the Project Engineer include working with Project Managers, and Superintendents to facilitate office and field management and administrative duties for industrial and commercial projects.

• Assist Project Manager with plan review and layout
• Coordinate equipment, tools, resources and materials.
• Subcontractor Management
• Submittal and RFI controls and management
• Billings, Change Management, Contract Management, Forecasting and Reporting – Cost Controls
• Productivity tracking, planning and scheduling- Project Controls
• Light travel expected
• Quality Control and Safety Management
• Strong Communication Skills
• Computer skills including: Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD are a plus
• Degree from accredited engineering and/or construction management is a plus

 

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Ability to carry out duties in varying work environments including wide ranging weather conditions and terrain.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time to oversee project execution.
• Regularly sit, stand, climb ladders and stairs, walk and talk and listen.
• Lift and move objects up to 100 pounds.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
