Great Bend Innovation Center

Seaton Construction was hired as the Construction Manager for the Great Bend Innovation Center in Great Bend, KS. This 18,000 square-foot building is a multi-use space for the Great Bend Economic Development (GBED). The purpose of this building is to foster innovation and learning through hands-on experience with modern technology and equipment.

The building features:

• Tech lab with various technology (3D printers, welding equipment, vacuum former, flight simulator)
• Woodshop
• Sewing and printing room
• Office space for small businesses and students
• Broadcast room for radio and podcasts
• Full-service childcare
• Conference room with operable partitions to make the space flexible for small meetings or larger gatherings
