Consolidated Electrical Distributors needed an office refresh as it had been many years since they had updated their office. This three-month project included new plumbing, flooring, drywall, and paint for the mezzanine, office area, and restrooms. Decker Electric completed the electrical portion of the project.
Seaton Construction assisted CED with the design and selection of materials (flooring, painting, and restroom fixtures) for the project. Construction was scheduled to allow the office to remain open and operational during the duration of the project. Several restrooms were completed at the beginning of the project and the others were completed toward the end of the project. The office space and mezzanine was coordinated similarly in order to allow their employees to work during construction.
