All Creatures Veterinary Hospital

Seaton Construction Group was the Construction Manager on a 4,500 SF remodel for All Creatures Veterinary Hospital. From the start, the initial phase of this project required a very detailed Pre-Construction stage where Seaton Construction introduced Value Engineering ideas to ensure that the owner was on budget without reducing scope on the project, while also creating and implementing a detailed CPM to help with an accelerated schedule. The contract fee based strategy was an open book full transparency project where accurate cost forecasts were utilized to help the owner not only understand where the project costs were during all phases of construction but also allow them to provide feedback and have the ultimate vision with the direction of the project.

The entire project team including the owner (All Creatures Veterinary Hospital), the Architect (BDA Architecture), and our Construction Management group have worked very well together and should be proud of this successful project.
