We aim to develop long-term partnerships by understanding business goals and project needs. We are looking to add an experienced Traveling Superintendent to our growing team.

 

Essential Duties

Superintendent responsibilities include all facets of day to day on-site management of industrial and commercial projects.

• Quality Control and Safety Management site implementation
• On-site Subcontractor Management and scheduling
• Maintaining and updating the master schedule including developing 3-week look ahead schedules.
• Procore utilization for document management, RFIs, daily reports and photos.
• Equipment, tooling and resource management
• Run Weekly Owner, architect and contractor meetings
• Run weekly subcontractor meetings
• Extended Travel Expected
• Strong Communication Skills
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
• AutoCad, BIM and Navisworks experience is a plus

 

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial and/or industrial construction
• Relevant University Degree or Diploma is a plus

 

Other Requirements

• Ability to carry out duties in varying work environments including wide ranging weather conditions and terrain.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time to oversee project execution.
• Regularly sit, stand, climb ladders and stairs, walk and talk and listen.
• Lift and move objects up to 100 pounds.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
