We are looking for an experienced Pre-Engineered Metal Building and Ironworker Superintendent to join our team. The ability to travel is a must for this position.

 

Essential Duties:

• Accountable for the planning and execution of red iron and metal building projects.
• Supervision of field crew
• Scheduling of field crew personnel
• Project layout and execution planning
• Productivity tracking
• Quality control and quality assurance
• Hourly employee time entry
• On-site coordination with project superintendent
• Equipment and tooling coordination, care and maintenance
• Oversee site safety for our crew
• Provide input on field crew hiring and interviews

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with layout, planning and execution of red iron and metal building projects.
• Relevant university degree is a benefit, but not a requirement.

 

Other Requirements:

• Ability to carry out duties in varying work environments including wide ranging weather conditions and terrain.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time to oversee project execution.
• Regularly sit, stand, climb ladders and stairs, walk and talk and listen.
• Lift and move objects up to 100 pounds.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

 

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive Hourly Wage plus Overtime dependent upon experience - $45 - $60 per hour or equivalent salary if desired
